Research Associated With Training Grants:
- Selvaraj, M. Narayana, M. Schubert, A. Ayers, J. Baring, M. & Burow, M. (2009). Identification of QTLs for pod and kernel traits in cultivated peanut by bulked segregant analysis. Electronic Journal of Biotechnology. 12(2): The Trust funded research carried out by Dr Manivannan Narayana who went on to publish this article. Since this paper was published, Dr Narayana has continued the marker assisted programme in peanut. He has set up a small lab and established an artificial screening technique for foliar diseases in peanut.
