Reporting

If you receive funding from the Trust, you will be expected to produce reports according to an agreed reporting schedule. Please download the appropriate report form by clicking on the corresponding links below.
Documents submitted to the Trust that are larger than 10MB (10,000KB) will be automatically rejected by the mail server. This is often because senders have not compressed their documents before sending. For information on how to compress your pictures and documents, please click here.

Research Grants: If you are the Principal Investigator (PI) of a research project sponsored by the Trust, you must submit a completed report to the corresponding Project Administrator, when a report is due. Normally, the Trust expects to receive reports on a biannual basis, but please check your contract for your report scheduling. Typically, an interim report is due half-way through each year, and an annual report is due after the completion of each year. Please use the forms provided to prepare your report.
In addition to the report forms, the Trust would appreciate PIs completing a project timeline. The Trust scheme uses a "traffic light" colour system on the timeline to indicate what has been completed so far, what is in progress, and what has not been achieved. Please contact the Trust if you would like more information about creating or amending a timeline.
