Reporting

About Reporting:

If you receive funding from the Trust, you will be expected to produce reports at some point. Please download the appropriate report form by clicking on the corresponding links below.

Conference Attendance Grants:

If you have received funding to attend a conference, you must submit your completed report to the corresponding Project Administrator using the following report form. Please fill out this form upon completion of the conference and once you have returned to your home country.

Training Grants:

If you have received funding to attend a training course, you must submit your completed report to the corresponding Project Administrator using the following report form. Please fill out this form upon completion of your training course and once you have returned to your home country.

Research Grants:

If you are the Principal Investigator (PI) of a research project sponsored by the Trust, you must submit a completed report to the corresponding Project Administrator, when a report is due.
Normally, the Trust expects to receive reports on a biannual basis, but please check your contract for your report scheduling. Typically, an interim report is due half-way through each year, and an annual report is due after the completion of each year.
Please use the forms provided to prepare your report. In addition to the report forms, the Trust would appreciate PIs completing a project timeline. The Trust scheme uses a "traffic light" colour system on the timeline to indicate; Please view the document for further details. Please contact the Trust if you would like more information about creating or amending a timeline.

Students:

The form below is used if you are completing your first or second year of study. Students should complete this form annually and return it to the corresponding Project Administrator.

Student Supervisors:

All supervisors of students fully or partially sponsored by the Trust are asked to complete this form annually and return it to the corresponding Project Administrator.
